Use the payphones in Union Station!

This is just a shout-out to any Rexinators going to the performance shows as long as Rex stays in contention...there are a lot of payphones in the GO train concourse at Union Station, so just go there after the show and vote like crazy!

Now...the directions on how to get there...

Convention Centre to Union via SkyWalk:
1. From the theatre, go up to the next level (street level) on the escalator and hang a left. Go down the hall until you reach an elevator
2. Go up in the elevator to the 400 level, go straight for a bit, then make a sharp right and cross the bridge that connects the North Building (where the theatre is) to the South Building
3. Hang quick left, then a right, then take the next escalator down. Turn to face the wall where the large display board is. To your left is a door, to your right is another escalator leading down to the South Building exhibition halls. Go left towards the door
4. Go through the door, then turn right. You’re now on the SkyWalk
5. Follow the SkyWalk into Union Station’s Great Hall (VIA departure level)
6. Go down the first set of stairs you see. You’re now on the VIA arrivals level
7. Stay on this level. Go forward a couple metres, turn right, and then go straight on through the next set of doors. Now you’re in the GO Transit area.
8. There will be a few steps or a ramp to go down, then go forward a couple of metres and hang a right into the GO concourse (departure area). You’ll see many payphones in front of you
9. Grab one of those payphones and VOTE, VOTE, VOTE!

Convention Centre to Union via Front Street:
-From the theatre, go up to the next level (street level) on the escalator and instead of going left towards the hallway, go right and out through the front doors
-Now that you’re outside, go east down Front Street until you see Union Station on your right-hand side. There are three routes to get to the final destination

Route 1 (the long way)
1. Go up the steps into the station, you’ll be in the Great Hall (VIA departures). Find the set of stairs leading down to the arrivals level and go down them
2. Once on the arrivals level, go forward a couple metres, turn right, then straight on through the doors into the GO area
3. Take the few steps down, go forward a few metres, then hang a right into the GO concourse (the departure area)
4. Grab a payphone and VOTE, VOTE, VOTE!

Route 2 (the shortcut) this is the route I would suggest
1. Keep going down Front Street a bit. Find the set of stairs leading down to the subway station (it will be tiled yellow on the insides). There should be two signs behind it on a pole, with the GO logo on top and the TTC logo on the bottom
2. Go down the stairs, turn left (don’t go right or you’ll end up in the subway) and through the passageway. You’re now in the GO area
3. Make a straight beeline into the concourse (the departure area)
4. Grab a payphone and VOTE, VOTE, VOTE!

Route 3 (the bypass route)
1. Keep going down Front Street, bypassing the station's main entrance and the subway stairs, then turn right onto Bay Street
2. Head south, you're still alongside the station. On your left across the street you'll see the GO bus terminal, in front of you is the underpass where track level is, and on your right is a door leading into the GO train concourse (departure area). Go through that door
3. Make a straight beeline into the concourse
4. Grab a payphone and VOTE, VOTE, VOTE!


If all else fails, follow the signs. And don't forget to have Rex's number written down as a reference!
